The extra unit variety means matchups matter more here than in the original — certain unit types counter others, so blindly spamming your strongest single unit is less reliable than reading what the enemy is sending and answering with something that actually beats it. Combined with special turret abilities on cooldown, a well-timed ability activation can swing a losing wave back in your favor.

How to Play

• Spend resources to spawn units from your current age, each with different strengths and roles.
• Trigger special base abilities on cooldown for burst damage or utility in a tough wave.
• Evolve through the ages as you accumulate enough points, unlocking new unit types and turret upgrades.
• Balance offense and defense — pushing too aggressively can leave your own base exposed to a counter-push.

• Pay attention to what units the enemy is sending and adjust your composition rather than repeating the same unit every wave.
• Save special abilities for moments when a wave is genuinely threatening your base, not just to use them on cooldown.
• Evolving unlocks stronger units but also often makes your current-tier units cost-inefficient — time it around a lull in the fighting when possible.
• Keep some resources in reserve for emergency defense instead of spending everything the instant you earn it.
